It was an awesome way to start my Sunday. We drove all the way to Nuvali to find lots of runners and bikers. It’s amazing how many people are very much into healthy living these days.
I got to ride with Anton’s coach – Mike. He’s a guy who weights 108lbs. I’m almost double his weight!
We had a good ride exploring new roads. We did a few sprints too.
I didn’t notice how long we were riding. I guess my body is starting to adopt to long rides. Hope I get to shed some weight soon!
In any case, I look forward to my next ride – hopefully tomorrow or this Thursday at Daang Reyna.
Consistent Exercise is the key.
