Today marks a milestone for Qeryz in the sense that we were able to reach a certain number of paying customers. While we’re far from being profitable, it speaks about the hole that Qeryz is filling up for people who need a product such as ours.

In reading “The Lean Startup” by Eric Ries, I stumbled upon the part where he talked about how doing things in “single-piece flow” rather than “batch size” is the better way to go long-term. About how doing a certain process is done faster and wiser when finishing things one at a time.

Well with Qeryz we couldn’t really do things in “batch size” because of the lack of manpower. We’re just 5 guys in the team – and our project manager is hands-off for the last two months of operations. So I had to take over that too – on top of the accounting, customer support, business development, analytics, sales and marketing that I’m doing.

However, doing all these things have given me so much insight about Qeryz and how people are using it (and plan to use it someday) that it pays itself off a thousand times over.

Today’s a milestone for Qeryz. For all the hard work me and my team have gone through. For all the sacrifices we’ve made. For all the extra miles we’ve traversed.

Most of all, for the Giver and Provider of all I have.

Thank you Lord!
