It’s another season in SEO Hacker. A new era. Perhaps not just for us but for a lot of businesses out there that are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of this entire time of the pandemic.

But for SEO hacker, this era is a lot more special. We have shed skin once more and have reorganized the company to be able to face the future as a better, stronger and more unified team.

Before the dust settles, I do believe that we have a long, painful adjustment to go through. This is the pain that comes with change

“Any person who has led change know it’s challenging. But I believe that people to not naturally resist change; they resist being changed. Recently I saw a two-frame cartoon in which the leader asks, “Who wants change?” and every hand is raised. But the second frame, when he asks, “Who wants to change?” not one is raised. That pretty much characterizes human nature. We want the benefits of positive change without the pain of making any changes ourselves.” – John Maxwell (Developing the Leader Within you 2.0)

There are so many good changes that are being brought about in SEO Hacker – amazing changes that have never existed before. And yet the resistance to the necessary adjustments that these good changes come with is quite stern.

In any case, it is a very exciting time. Change is necessary – a change in pace, comfort, time, effort, structure and yes, even a change in people might be the only path for us to move forward.

It’s really quite true when I hear the saying “Everybody wants to go to heaven but no one wants to have to die to get there.”
