Angelyn CoYou wore that purple long-sleeved shirt that we picked out on a surplus shop. It suits you perfectly. Sometimes it’s the little things in life that makes so much sense. We went out to watch a movie. ‘About Time’.

We loved it.

But more than that, we loved our time together. We ran in the parking lot! It’s almost 3 years since you said ‘yes’ to being my girlfriend. 3 wonderful years.

I love you very much – and I want to love you more. To learn more about you – who you are and who you’re not and all the little things in between. There are things that we agree with and there are things where we are different.

Different is good.

It makes life a little more colorful. It makes learning a little more exciting. It makes discipline a little more endearing. It makes conflicts a little more hopeful.

It makes ‘us’ who we are as a couple.

Tonight you are lovely – and you will always be.

My darling I want to grow old with you.

We might age. We might even get a little fat. We might become a little more forgetful. And someday we’ll pass away – together.

And the world might forget about us.

But I know that we’ll always have each other.

You are lovely.
