Vision Horizon

It’s the first time that we have ever done a strategic plan for the year ahead. I know that it sounds absurd considering we are already a 12 year old organization however I started SEO Hacker as a clueless young noob and I had no idea how to do pretty much anything except SEO.

We have never really thought about how much growth we want to be able to achieve. We have never really tracked our growth year on year. We have the data and we can back-track our growth (which I already did recently) but it’s the very first time we will be concretizing things on an excel sheet.

I guess for some people you would say that we’re super late in doing this while some traditional entrepreneurs will say that we’re early – what I believe is, God’s timing is perfect and this is the year that we are ordained to do this as an organization.

It’s also the first time we are looking at our budgets and realizing we have to pre-allocate for the growth plans for next year. I had no idea how to do this but thank God for friends and mentors who showed me the way.

I’m still learning a lot along the way as an entrepreneur. I still don’t know it all and for sure I still have TONS to learn in the future. There are things that I have reinvented in my own way and applied to SEO Hacker but there are things that have worked for a very long time for other entrepreneurs and I have to be open to learning from them.

We are stepping up our game towards next year.

It’s not going to be the same from hereon out.
