Should we ask you to provide your personal information when using our website, you can rest assured that it will be treated with confidentiality. We do not sell, trade nor re-distribute your information to outside parties. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the information we collect, how it may be used and with whom it may be shared.

We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our website or services or when transacting business with us. By using our website, you are accepting the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy.

What Personally Identifying Information Does SSM Collect?

The level of information SSM collect depends on the level of your use. If you sign up to be a registered user of SSM, you are required to enter basic information such as your username, first name, last name and email address followed by your password, which should be entered twice.

If you sign up for a SSM account, we collect your email address, full name, address and credit card information through PayPal. We use SSL encryption in the transmission of your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and. For your protection, SSM partners with a secure payment gateway to provide a safe and secure payment procedure to assure that your complete billing information will not be stored on its servers. SSM uses collected information for the following general purposes: services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, and contact.

SSM does not share your email address or other personally identifying information with any third parties, except our service providers (such as credit-card payment processors), performing services on our behalf. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.

What Tracking Information Does SSM Collect?

As a general rule, we do not disclose personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone. However, to the extent permitted by law, SSM may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas, warrants, summons, other valid legal processes, or when your actions violate the Terms of Service. In addition, SSM may disclose certain information to our service providers (such as credit-card payment processors), performing services on our behalf.

These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Refunds

SSM will provide new, first-time enrollees a full refund so long as the enrollee cancels within thirty (30) days of first signing up (the “thirty-day refund period”). SSM will not provide refunds to persons who have previously opened other accounts, whether or not they are using the same or different user names, email addresses, or billing information. Each person or business entity is only entitled to one thirty-day refund window. Successive enrollments and refunds are prohibited.

After the thirty-day refund period, there shall be no refunds and your course fee is non-transferable. Accordingly, if you elect to cancel your subscription to the Service during the Subscription Period, you will not receive a refund on the Subscription Fee(s) previously paid to SSM. If you downgrade your subscription, you are not entitled to a cash refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time by sending us an email at masterclass@sean.si. If you paid your subscription with one annual payment and you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current Subscription Period; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.

However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then current subscription period. If you pay your subscription in monthly installments and you cancel your Membership prior to the end of the Subscription Period, then SSM will terminate your access to the Service and cease billing you for the Service. However, you remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to SSM terminating access to your account.

Other Policies

Copyright Abuse

We respond immediately to notices of claimed copyright infringement and terminate users or account holders who are “repeat infringers.” Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we respond to notices of copyright infringement if they conform to the requirements of 17 USC 512(c) by including the following information:

  •  The signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed copyright;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the us to contact you (e.g., the address, telephone number, or email address);
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and
  • A statement signed under penalty of perjury, that information in the complaint is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will SSM be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SSM has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from your inability to access or obtain any goods, data, information or services through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any content posted on the Website or transmitted to Registrants or Members; or (vi) any inaccurate or out-of-date content produced by the tools or published in the guides or blog, or Website; or (vii) any other matter relating to the Service. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, SSM’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SSM in the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed injury or damage.

Blocking of IP Addresses

In order to protect the integrity of the Service, SSM reserves the right with sole discretion to block Registrants and Members from certain IP addresses from accessing the Website.

Other

The failure of SSM to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and SSM and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and SSM (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
