Thousands of businesses had to close down during the pandemic.

But there were those that are able to persevere by transitioning their teams to work remotely – and we need to accept the fact that this is going to be our new reality. However, managing a remote working team is a completely different challenge.

How are we supposed to work remotely?

What will happen to our office which we pay for each month?

What about the people who have weak internet connections at home?

These are just some of the questions that came into my mind when the lockdown was announced. My execom did not completely agree with me when I mentioned my thoughts on transitioning to a completely remote team.

However the thought of having our people become sick and infected with the virus was out of the question – we would not allow that to happen.

So we sought out a way to have the team work remotely.

The first few weeks posed some challenges. How will we communicate well? How will we be able to ‘feel’ that our teammates are working?

It’s just not the same.

The good news is, it can be different AND effective AND fun.

There are ways to improve remote work and we experimented, tweaked and improved our processes until we got a winning formula.

This is what I will be sharing in my talk next Wednesday, July 25, 2020 on the How to Lead Remotely in a Time of Chaos Webinar.

I will be co-speaking in the event with Mr Anthony N. Pangilinan as he talks about “Championing your Team in a Time of Chaos.”

The investment fee is 1,499 for the 3-hour event with Q&A and a certificate to boot!

How are you going to respond to the hurdles of the new norm and manage a completely different working environment?

Join us in a LIVE Webinar on July 25 (Saturday) as we talk about how businesses can effectively manage remote work, keep their team motivated, and fully recover from the chaos.

By attending this course, you are automatically invited to an exclusive Tribe Group where you can directly interact with me or Anthony should you have more questions about remote work.
