Hi my name is Sean Si and I'm a serial entrepreneur, author, podcast host and a sought-after speaker in the Philippines
Contrary to popular belief, leaders are not actually born (well actually they are - because how else will the come into this world?). They’re built from years and years of failures, successes, and everything in between. I myself understand the plight of leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, consultants, and everyone struggling to give meaning to a seemingly abstract concept. Especially during such a time where the crisis unveils the limits of traditional leadership — businesses going bankrupt, firms closing down, teams disuniting — it demands someone who knows the secrets.
As a leadership speaker in the Philippines, I can provide you and your audience with stories of my experiences as the CEO and Founder of my digital marketing company, SEO Hacker, and actionable insights that can turn your business’s fortunes around. My speeches, talks, and seminars — all of which have imprinted a lasting and powerful impact on my audiences are what you need to develop innovative solutions for your team, lead during a crisis, and uplift others to succeed.
You might be wondering: “Why should I trust you?” “Why should I put the future of my business in your hands?” The answer to that is simple. I wouldn’t be a leadership speaker in the Philippines, nor would be where I am now if I myself wasn’t in your shoes at some point. The thing is, I’m just like you, and believe me when I say I know what you’re going through. Years and years of experience, failure and experiments have led me to where I am today. SEO Hacker is a now a multi-million peso company that serves some of the biggest brands in the Philippines today. I have collected lessons in my journey in leading my people - and those are the stories I will be sharing to your audiences.
I am the CEO and founder of a handful of companies. My firstborn business is SEO-Hacker, an SEO and digital marketing company in the Philippines. I use the founding and growing of SEO Hacker in many of the motivational speeches I’ve given and continue to give. I have also founded Qeryz, Aquascape.ph, and Workplays, which is an online survey tool, aquascape products store, and a co-working space respectively.
The experiences of founding, owning and running my businesses allow me to tailor my experiences as a leadership speaker in any event and cater them to each and every person in the audience. They have enabled me to provide inspirational talks, training sessions, consultation services, webinars, seminars, and other speaking engagement events for all organizations and businesses in the Philippines.
The largest audience I have ever spoken to was around 2,000 people. But that is nothing compared to how many people my books can potentially reach. I have written my first book "CEO at 22" at the age of 25 because I thought to write about my life's journey and lessons to entrepreneurship and faith and share it with other people.
I have also started a podcast called the Leadership Stack Podcast which is available on and Youtube. We talk about leadership, entrepreneurship and management to add value to our listeners and help them grow their team and their profits.
While I'm still active in running point and closing deals for my SEO and digital marketing company, I love teaching others about what I have learned in life. This is why I make the time and effort to cater to events that require me to speak on leadership.
I believe in raising up leaders and I believe that our country needs more and better leaders. We sorely lack them especially in public service. This is one of the biggest reasons why I serve as a leadership speaker in the Philippines.
I delivered this seminar to the team behind SHC Junior Marketing Association at the Pacific Theatre in Lucena City. Here, I’ve had the pleasure of gracing thousands of students with the pillars of leadership: “Equipping, Empowering, and Exposure”. My aim was to successfully encourage aspiring and junior marketers about the importance of empowerment and diversification in marketing.
I also had the honor of gracing the beautiful venue of the Great Eastern Hotel in Quezon City with my seminar entitled: “Developing Your Career: Bringing Out Your Best”. This was part of the Jumpstart: Career Preparation Conference where I shared the importance of passion and imparted with my audience the keys to business success.
The most important key takeaway from my speech is that before you even develop your own business, you should focus on building yourself up and cultivating your passions.
As an internet marketing consultant as well as a leadership speaker, I utilized two of my expertise and talked about the ins and outs of digital marketing, everything there is to know about SEO strategies, boosting website traffic, capitalizing on search engines, and leading the pack by being a thought leader in the industry. This was held at the Microsoft Philippines office in Makati, as part of their December Networking Night event in 2013.
Finally, another notable leadership, business, and motivational speaking event that I was a part of was called “What the Heck is SEO and Why Do I Need to Know It?” Like many of my public speaking activities, I taught about SEO to the students of De La Salle university while teaching them about thought leadership as well. I explained to them how I became CEO at such a young age with virtually no capital except for hard work and a lot of thinking.
I wouldn’t be a renowned leadership speaker in the Philippines if not for the people who have paved the way for me, as well as my colleagues who look up to me and I consequently look up to. In my Masterclass and my Leadership Stack Podcast, you’ll also frequently find these industry giants sharing their thoughts on everything about finances, entrepreneurship, success, personal branding, and anything that piques your interest.
