Sean Si Speaking at ICTT India

I have been working like a horse for the past few years for SEO Hacker. Being the only sales guy trying to grow the entire company and support the operational expenses can be tough and requires you to have a ton of commitment to work – unfortunately along the way, I sacrificed my health.

I weighed 208 pounds by December of 2017. The heaviest I have ever been. I looked unhealthy, felt lethargic and often had a foggy brain to hinder my productivity.

I resolved to do intermittent fasting from then on. Fast forward to January 2019, I shed off 24 pounds. I was happy that I now weighed 184 pounds.

So this 2019 I was quite a shock for me when my blood test results on March 2019 did not look so good. My LDL (bad cholesterol) is high and my HDL (good cholesterol) is low.

My total cholesterol, uric acid, VLDL and Triglycerides were also very bad:

Losing weight and looking slim doesn’t mean I’m healthier. So I sought out a better way.

I read a book I bought from Amazon titled ‘Chris beat cancer’ and I read and applied some of the things I learned there.

Basically here is my routine each morning:

2 cloves of garlic, minced – then I chug it down with water. Just swallowing the stuff.

Probiotics – I just buy Mariani probiotic prunes usually from S&R or Lazada if I’m feeling a little lazy. I eat 4 – 5 prunes each morning. Or I eat fermented kimchi – not newly made so there’s better probiotics.

Tea – I chug about 1 liter of hibiscus tea. I buy my stash of Hibiscus tea bags from Healthy Options.

I then exercise for 30 minutes to get my heart pumping. I use fitness boxing in my Nintendo switch while wearing 1kg of weights on each arm.

Then I chug down 1 glass of vegetable juice containing:

1 Carrot

1 Lemon

1 Ginger

1 Cucumber

A stash of Moringga

and sometimes I add some Amla powder, organic turmeric powder and two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar.

It doesn’t taste fantastic at all but that’s what I take each morning.

I really don’t do intermittent fasting now as I technically eat all of the stuff here including the juice so my body doesn’t go into fasting mode.

I retook my blood test this September 2019 (just 5 months doing this routine) and I was quite surprised with the result:

The good cholesterol is beyond the upper limit (which is really good) and the bad cholesterol is beyond the lower limit (which is again very good).

All the stuff that was overboard went back to normal too.

Anyhow the reason I’m sharing this is that people have been asking me what I did to look healthier. I hope that this helps even those who haven’t asked yet.
