Tired from hard work

Statistics say that a lot of people leave their jobs because of lack of opportunities to grow and advance. They don’t get encouraged to become better, they have no one in the team that genuinely cares about them or no one in the leadership talks with them about their progress.

The result?

We live in a world where average is tolerated. The problem is, what you tolerate becomes your life and environment.

If you tolerate a lot of average players in your team, you will get a lot of average players coming in your team and playing for you.

A lot of people think this way: Average already gets me in the game. So why do I have to be more? Why do I have to sacrifice more? Why do I have to work harder than everyone else?

Some people want to grow only to that level so they get to play.

Almost no one puts in the work to really grow. People only want to ‘get there to the top‘ instead of ‘grow myself to the top‘. When you grow yourself, you learn a lot along the way, you grow as a person and you become honorably worthy of the position you desire in your organization.

The key is to desire to grow and to have the discipline to actually do it.

Because those who put in the hard work today and grow themselves become the LEGENDS of tomorrow.

Remember: Tomorrow is made up of what you do today.

Work and grow yourself to become a legend.

Live life with no regrets.

Because if you keep yourself at average, someday the world will find out the truth – and in the end, you will get an average life.
