January 2014Just finished an 8 hour trip to Baguio with my fiancee and her dad. We’ll be staying over here until the new year. It’s a family tradition that they’ve been carrying on through the years. This year there are just TONS of people here. I even heard that there was approximately 1 million Filipinos who went up here this December.

Crazy!

In any case, here are some projects that I’m cooking up in the next year.

1) Updated and “Secret” version of my on site optimization ebook. It’s going to be very, very juicy and it almost guarantees rankings even without links and social signals. I’m editing and updating the manuscript right now. After it’s done, we’ll transform it into a beautiful Powerpoint book – I’ll name it something else than an ebook. I’m thinking of pricing it at $39 and bundling it with SEO School (2 months free perhaps?)

2) $1 on the first month trial of Pro account – I think this is an awesome test we can roll out since our survey tells us that people want to have a shot at trying Pro account. But lots of my latter readings tell me that people just won’t value a ‘Free’ thing as much as they would if they paid for it. Right now we value feedback and bug troubleshooting a lot. We need those people who are willing to commit using our SEO School and giving us feedback on what they think about it.

3) Internal Client mailing list – I want a better, more consistent way of communicating with clients. This should help us out especially with new Google roll-outs. It’ll help us blast out to the people in charge about why their rankings are fluctuating or simply if there are any change they should be aware of that Google made.

4) SEO Services site facelift – We’re changing SEO Hacker Services. We’re very excited about the new design and we’re looking to convert more visitors into leads. And of course, leads into sales.

There are tons of things that we’re working on. Just #1 already entails tons of work on my end. Hope that it makes the goal I have for it in a year’s time.

This month we got around 10 services inquiries. That’s quite a lot. Mostly came from seeing us in the search results. Inbound marketing is such a sweet marketing strategy! It’s going to be an extremely busy January especially since I have 4 talks scheduled that month. My talk on January 11 entails the most number of audience I’ve ever had in my speaking career – 700 strong!

Students from Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas, University of the Philippines, etc will be attending along with tons of Adamson University students in the Adamson University auditorium.

I’ll be speaking with Randell Tiongson and with Jayson Lo. I’m extremely excited about this talk. Praise God for such wonderful opportunities!

I deserve nothing of this. Really. Thank you Lord!

I’m very, very much looking forward to next year because of your blessings and love and guidance! May my life always glorify you!
