Sean Si - Adamson University Talk

Today marks an awesome day for SEO Hacker. We have just gone through our first company acquisition! It’s not a remarkably huge deal but we’re awesomely proud of this pushing through.

Integrity, quality, agile marketing, linchpin principle, branding, internal team development, sprinting, creativity – these are just some of the things we highly value as a company. It has proved to be one of the best things about who we are to clients.

Today, it has proved to be more than just that.

Acquiring a company doesn’t have to be difficult. I’ve been going through tons of articles about it as of late. Investing, shares, different kinds of company stocks, exit strategies, etc.

I’ve been learning a ton.

If you want to take a sneak peek at what I’ve been reading, it started with this, this and this.

However, this time, all those things go out the window. It’s probably the simplest company acquisition ever. I’ll disclose the company’s name when the details have been finalized.

And because of its simplicity, I thank God very much for it.

So pour the champagne, lift up your glasses, and put on the biggest smile you can wear.

It’s on me.

Here’s to the start of an awesome year!
